• RCV FAQ sheet - answers many frequently asked RCV queries
• Email us - if you cannot find the answer to your question in our FAQ sheet, please contact us by either email, phone or post
• Repairs - once we have tried to resolve your engine problem via email or phone, we may request you return it to us for evaluation / repair.  You will be given an Authorisation No. (which must be written on the outside of your package) and informed where your nearest service centre is.  To ensure the minimum delay in processing any repairs (either under warranty or not), we will also require the following information to be included with any engine returns:
  • Name & Address
  • Contact telephone number &/or email
  • Engine Serial No.
  • Information of problem
